“I would come back to this place in a heart beat. I’ve been a patient for maybe 7 or 8 years. Dr. Cole is the most thorough doctor that I’ve ever seen (in my 40 years) for my extremely bad vision. Every time I come in, I am treated like I am his only patient and not just another customer. His attention to detail and customized approach is hard not to notice. In addition to that, they have very modern equipment and are always keeping up to date when it comes to new technologies and new studies. The doctor is very knowledgeable, experienced and one of the most humble and respectful doctors that I’ve met. He also saw my daughter for her vision which was getting worse fast. He recommended something that we noticed was very effective and has slowed down her decline in vision noticeably. Jen is also amazing. She’s very caring and knows her contacts like no other. About a year ago, we moved across the country and have not been able to find anyone who compares in service and care. If I’m ever in Vancouver, I will make it a point to stop by. They’ve even helped us recently, even though we’re not direct customers any more. They go above and beyond our expectations. From the pre-exam tests by the technician, to the very detailed exam, the choosing and ordering of the hardware, to the follow up care that doesn’t stop once you leave the building, East Vancouver Eye Care is by far the best vision center that I have ever been to.”
